If you fail your driving test then we are here to offer you additional support when you need it. Know that we are there with you until you pass.
At Intensive Courses Bristol & Bath, we understand that not everyone passes their driving test on the first attempt. Test-day nerves or minor technical issues can sometimes get in the way.
We are fully committed to helping every student achieve their full driving license. That’s why we’ve introduced our Customer Pledge—offering FREE correction lessons to help you overcome any challenges, whether on the theory or practical test.
Training with Intensive Courses Bristol & Bath guarantees you will have support from our experienced Driving Instructors.
If you don’t pass your theory test on the first (or any subsequent) attempt, you can join our retraining program.
If you don’t pass your practical test then you can join our retraining program.
We will offer free remedial training to address any serious or dangerous faults identified in the examiners report.
Free remedial training may include in-car lessons or online support, depending on availability.
